These article shows models of: 110kV line, broadcasting and receiving power line carrier devices and coupling device with phase conductor of HV line. This models are used to analyse direct lightning discharge in chosen elements of 110 KV line on transmission of information signals by phase conductor by use power line carrier devices with SSB-SC modulation technique. In investigations was considered interferencies possibilities of disturbance high frequency signals as a result of interaction signals which are answer of HV line on direct lightning discharge.
