摘要

In order to obtain more accurate heat transfer simulation of the 3D coupling components systems, and combustion simulation of internal combustion engine, a finite element method (FEM) heat conduct code was developed. A gas-solid heat transfer model of engine was built, and applied to KIVA code to obtain the temperature field and convective heat transfer coefficient field of the gas near the chamber wall. Then both steady and transient temperature fields of the 3D coupling component system of gasoline engine LJ377MV were calculated. The results show that the transient heat loads near the chamber wall have an important influence on the temperature fields and the transient temperature fluctuations of the engine.
