摘要
A brownish-black Ce-Mn/Mo conversion coating was obtained on aluminum surface after firstly Ce-Mn con version and then molybdate conversion treatment.The process conditions were optimized.The microstructure and properties of the conversion coating were characterized.Microstructure analysis showed micro-cracks uniformly distributed in the coat ings.The coating mainly composed of Mo, Ce, O, Mn and Al elenents with amorphous phase.Moreover, the coating ex hibited good properties, such as anticorrosion resistance, weather resistance.
