Adverse drug reactions

Drug-related fatalities are caused in general population and many people have died of adverse drug reactions. Antithrombotic agents cause more than half of the suspected fatal drug reactions and other drugs associated with fatal reactions include anti-inflammatory drugs, antidepressants, and cardiovascular drugs. Many preventive measures should be taken to reduce drug-related mortality.
