摘要

An integrated terahertz radiation sensor based on apodized and chirped with apodization open resonance microstructures is proposed. It is shown that by choosing the structure and optimizing its structural parameters one can obtain a simple compact receiver of terahertz radiation with an electromagnetic wave conversion efficiency of 91.23% in the 0.55-0.78 THz spectral range.
