The settlement of highway foundation is very important for deformation and stability of the road. The fitting settlement model of highway foundation using Particle swarm optimization and Time series analysis is established, it is based on the actual situation of Nanjing-Hangzhou highway subgrade settlement in this paper. The result shows that the simple model based on Particle swarm optimization and Time series analysis uses the measured data as the training set well, the fitting results accord well with the actual settlement measured data and reflect actual settlement process more correctly, it will be a new method for the settlement fitting of Highway foundation.
