New stability criteria of delay partial difference equations

This paper is concerned with the following linear delay partial difference equation
u(i, j 1) = a(i, j)u(i 1, j) b(i, j)u(i, j) p(i, j)u(i - sigma, j - tau), i, j is an element of N-O
where sigma and tau are nonnegative integers, {a(i,j)}, {b(i,j)} and {p(i,j)} are double real sequences. Sufficient conditions for stability and instability of this equation are derived.
