摘要

Combining with the HRTEM, XRD and NMR research results, this paper confirmed that the chemosynthetic Na2O-2SiO(2)-Al2O3 geopolymer and NaA zeolite possess the structural heredity characteristic, and get the in-situ hydrothermal conversion zeolite from geopolymer by designing the geopolymer composition and process. Based on above research, a high strength and stability self-supporting NaA membrane could be synthesized from Na2O-2SiO(2)-Al2O3 geopolymers, which have densified surface and compressive strength of 57.6 MPa. In the NaCl solution with the mass percent of 3.5 % at the temperature of 25 degrees C, the water flux of NaA membrane is 0.42 kg.m(-2).h(-1) and the rejection rate of sodium ion is above 99.5 % when the film thickness is 9.4 mm.
