In the title compound, C(16)H(13)N(3)OS, the thiomorpholine ring exists in a screw boat conformation. The angle between the benzimidazole ring system and the benzene ring fused to the thiazine ring is 67.22 (6)degrees. In the crystal, molecules form infinite chains along the a axis via intermolecular N-H center dot center dot center dot N interactions. C-H center dot center dot center dot pi interactions also contribute to the stability of the crystal structure.
