摘要
Designing continuing education programs for industry professionals can be challenging due to several reasons like limited direct student-teacher interaction, variegated knowledge level of the attendees, complex teaching materials, and participants' expectations for applying the concepts learned in classes immediately in real life. In this study, we propose an efficient teaching methodology for continuing education programs specifically designed for industry professionals. We conclude that the most crucial factors required for effective teaching in such programs are (i) bidirectional interactive learning between students and instructors, (ii) opportunities to examine different real life scenarios in the classroom, (iii) improved student confidence, and (iv) communication of the overall objectives of the course without slowing the learning process with theory.
