摘要

Objective:To observe the effect of active and passive training device on upper limbs function of hemiplegia patients. Methods:180 cases of patients with hemiplegia after stroke were randomly divided into training group (60 cases), CPM group (60 cases) and control group (60 cases), all of the groups treated by basis treatment, while CPM group combined with passive exercise with their ipsilateral upper limbs fixed on CPM device, training group combined with active training with both sides of upper limbs fixed on active and passive training device, observed the efficacy of three groups. Results:The Fugl-Meyer, MAS and MBI scores of CPM group and training group were significantly better than those of control group, and which of training group were better than CPM group (P<0.05). Conclusion:The application of active and passive training device in stroke can im-prove the motor functions of upper limbs of patients, deserves clinical promotion and application.
