摘要

A heterometallic MOF [GdCu2(pydc)(3)(phen)(4)I(H2O)] (pydc = pyridine-2,6-dicarboxylate, phen = 1,10-phenanthroline) (1, CCDC 1429233) has been synthesized hydrothermally. In compound 1, the metalloligand [Gd(pydc)(3)] assembly with [Cu(phen)(2)] units to construct a hexanuclear cluster via Cu-O bonds and pi...pi interaction. The clusters are further stacked into a 3D supramolecular framework with cavities. The cyclic voltammogram shows an irreversible peak for Cu-II -> Cu-I reduction and a quasi-reversible peak for the couple Cu-II/Cu-III. Its optical and thermal properties have been investigated as well.
