摘要

NiO/palygorskite composites had been fabricated by combining hydrothermal and calcining methods. The structure, morphology, surface area and pore distribution of the as-prepared NiO/palygorskite composites were characterized by the techniques such as powder X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), energy-dispersive X-ray spectrum (EDS) and Brunauer-Emmett-Teller (BET). The synthesized NiO/palygorskite composite had larger BET surface area of 129.2 m(2)/g. The obtained NiO/palygorskite composites showed high specific capacitance of 1085.3 F/g at current density of 0.25 A/g.
