摘要
A new triterpenoid saponin, 3-O-[(6'-butyryl)-beta-D-glucopyranosyl]-28-O-[alpha-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1 -> 4)-p-D-glucopyranosyl(1 -> 6)-beta-D-glucopyranosyl] oleanolic acid, as well as three known triterpenoid saponins were isolated from the rhizomes of Anemone flaccida. Their structures were elucidated by spectroscopic methods. These compounds showed significant antitumor activities.
