There are two molecules in the asymmetric unit of the title compound, C15H16N2O4S, both of which are stabilized by an intramolecular O-H center dot center dot center dot N hydrogen bond. Intermolecular N-H center dot center dot center dot O hydrogen bonds lead to [101] chains of molecules in the crystal structure.
