摘要

With the implementation and development of basic education curriculum reform, it is imperative to reform the curriculum of physical education in Colleges and universities to provide sports education talents. The track and field course is not only one of the major courses of physical education in Colleges and universities, it is also the main content of PE Teaching in middle school, it involves many projects, and its technology is complex, people tend to have a dull feeling in the process of learning, traditional educational model can't meet the needs of the current society, the reform of track and field education mode in Colleges and universities becomes an important topic. Under this background, through literature data, the present situation of track and field education was analyzed, the way of using effective education mode to improve the current education problems was raised, the current situation of effective learning was analyzed, by using the method of questionnaire, interview and comparative experiment, the state of different classes of track and field teaching in different classes were analyzed, and the experimental results were studied. This provides a theoretical reference for the construction of college track and field education model from the perspective of the new curriculum reform.
