摘要
The Nickel-CeO2 nanocomposite deposits were introduced in order to improve the mechanical properties of micro-devices. The effects of current densities, the amount of CeO2 nano particles in the electrolyte, and stir rate on the weight percent of CeO2 nano particles in the deposits, morphology, texture, and micro-hardness were examined. It is found that the additions of CeO2 nano particles significantly affect the morphology, texture, and micro-hardness. The maximum of micro-hardness is about 430 HV.
