摘要

Hepatocellular carcinoma is the most common malignancy of liver. The incidence of bone metastasis related to hepatocellular carcinoma varied between 2-16%. The most commonly involved bones are vertabrae, pelvic bones, sternum, ribs and long bones. Bone metastasis result in pain, subcutenous mass and pathological fractures. Hepatocellular carcinoma cases primarily present with bone metastasis are infrequent. Current article reports a 51 year-old male patient who applied to our clinic for right sided hip pain and it turned out to be the pelvic lytic metastasis of hepatocellular carcinoma.
