摘要
Influence of the temperature on lattice parameters and ultrasonic velocities in Bi2Te2.7Se0.3+1%SbI3 single crystals is studied by x-ray diffractometric and acoustic methods. Some anharmonic parameters of atomic vibrations in crystal lattice are determined. An analysis of anisotropy of elasticity and character of chemical bonds in the crystals under investigation is performed.
