摘要

This paper solves the illegibility problem of digital images shot by underwater vision sensor. The problem is caused by bad light environment or day lighting inequality on the surface of the objects. The paper proposes the improved homomorphic filtering which based on mathematical morphology and designs the block diagram of the algorithm. In addition, and uses differential evolution algorithm to optimize the parameters and is proved that differential evolution can find an optimal gain and structure element for each sub-graph. Then, by compare with homomorphic filter image enhancement method based on Fourier transform and Wavelet transform, proved the superiority of proposed algorithm. Last, the application of software design and simulation experiment test the feasibility of this algorithm. The visual effect of the underwater image has been greatly improved.
