Generalized q-Euler Numbers and Polynomials of Higher Order and Some Theoretic Identities

We give a new construction of the q-Euler numbers and polynomials of higher order attached to Dirichlet's character chi. We derive some theoretic identities involving the generalized q-Euler numbers and polynomials of higher order.
