A novel and high accurate localizing method for computer assisted surgery

摘要

The passive optical localizing technology for measurement of the poses of medical devices in operating room is promising in the future. Here we present a novel passive multi-eye localizer which is easy to use and flexible compared with those classical techniques in computer assisted surgery. The direct 3D reconstruction method can eliminate the troublesome calibration process effectively. The redundant information among cameras and feature points improve measurement accuracy greatly. The Computer simulation data and real data experiments show reconstruction based on multi-view stereovision can reach a high accuracy.
