摘要
The double switching loop has been studied by many groups during the last decade because of its scientific interest. Recently, double switching behaviour was found in the in-plane hysteresis loops of Fe(3)Pt/MgO film. In this paper, the applied field angle dependence of hysteresis loops is studied based on the domain wall (DW) motion model. Only Zeeman energy, anisotropy energy and DW pinning energy are considered in the DW model. The hysteresis loops and magnetic torque curve were measured by a vibrating sample magnetometer (VSM) and a torque magnetometer, respectively. The double switching loops cannot be observed unless the direction of the applied field is in the angle range. The angle range obtained from the DW model is different from the experiment. A four-domain magnetic configuration assumption is used for explaining the difference between the DW model and the experiment.
