摘要

ZrO2 precursor layer was deposited between DD5 Ni-based superalloy and NiCrAl coating by electron beam physical vapor deposition (EB-PVD). Then the vacuum diffusion treatment of 600 degrees C/4 h, 700 degrees C/4 h and 900 degrees C/4 h was carried out on the specimens of DD5/ZrO2/NiCrAl. The effects of diffusion temperature on the formation of alpha-Al2O3 active diffusion barriers were investigated. Meanwhile the high-temperature service properties of the alpha-Al2O3 active diffusion barriers were evaluated by 900 degrees C/100 h isothermal oxidation. Results show that after 900 degrees C/4 h vacuum diffusion treatment a continuous dense alpha-Al2O3 active diffusion barrier is formed in the interface of ZrO2/NiCrAl. Furthermore, the alpha-Al2O3 active diffusion barrier exhibits good stability and excellent diffusion resistance after 900 degrees C/100 h isothermal oxidation in air.
