摘要
Uncertain statistics is a methodology for collecting and interpreting expert's experimental data by uncertainty theory. Uncertainty distribution is used to describe the value range of uncertain variables. In order to estimate the uncertainty distribution for an uncertain variable via multiple experts' experimental data, this paper will present a new method by combination of the method of uncertain statistics and Delphi method, and we will give some examples to verify our method.
