China's Silk Road economic belt strategy has obtained neighboring countries' active responses, which is conducive to facilitate economic growth of the nations along Silk Road economic belt. At the meanwhile, after America joined TPP strategy, it dominates negotiation as a leader and formulates the game rules helpful to its own advancement. The paper analyzes China's Silk Road economic belt strategy and America's TPP strategy game from political, economic and cultural perspective, and draws corresponding conclusions. In terms of politics, China's Silk Road Economic Belt can hardly contend with America's TPP. Nevertheless, with increasing national power, China's Silk Road economic belt has exerted remarkable political effects, which cannot be ignored. As for economy, there is still a huge gap between the nations along Silk Road economic belt and every TPP member, which is expected to be narrowed down in the near future. With regard to culture, America's influences on Asia-Pacific areas are stronger than China's at present. However, geographical factors can help expand the spreading of China's cultural influences.
