摘要

In order to save the energy, based on analyzing structure and characteristics of system, this paper presents a new common DC bus multi-motor energy-saving system which is composed of non-controlled rectifiers, energy storage devices and multi-motor scheduling strategies. Activity cycle diagram is generalized to construct common DC bus multi-motor energy-saving system model firstly. Then, a multi-motor scheduling algorithm based on average distribution theory is put forward and applied in this system. At last, a multi-crane system is selected to carry out the simulations, the simulation results show that this scheduling algorithm can not only coordinate the working states of motors but also utilize the recycle energy generated by motors in feedback states as much as possible, and system performance is improved.
