摘要
Atractylodes macrocephala Koidz is a traditional medicinal plant in China and is known for the treatment of gastroenteric and splenic disorders. The EtOAc extract of A. macrocephala was chromatographed to give a novel bisesquiterpenoid, biatractylolide (1). The structure of 1 was determined by spectroscopic methods, mainly BD-NMR techniques.
