Regional visual characteristic is an important content in visual design education, but in the use of current cultural field, there are still a lot of shortages, so how to make use of regional visual features to create new culture is important. In this paper, through the introduction of the relationship between visual design and the regional vision, the paper analyzes the needed professional knowledge of vision and regions in the design and finds the combination point of visual design and local cultural environment in the hope of a better economic service. In the process of developing regional culture, the regional visual application is indispensable, and we have higher expectations for making better fusion of visual design and regional visual in the future.
