摘要

The Gd and Tb doped Co(2)Z type hexagonal ferrite materials were prepared by the conventional ceramic method. The results showed that the Co(2)Z ferrite materials doped with a small amount of Gd and Tb presented still the single phase of Co(2)Z planar hexagonal structure. The real part mu' of the samples increased significantly, but cut-off frequency of the ferrites went down. The Tb doped Co(2)Z ferrites sintered at 1150 degrees C exhibited excellent high frequency properties such as high initial permeability up to 8 and high cut-off frequency more than 1.8 GHz. Apparently, it was of benefit to the application of the materials. With the increasing of sintering temperature, the real part mu' of complex permeability increased and cut-off frequency want down.
