摘要
Rayleigh backscattering noise (RBN) in integrated optical resonance gyroscope (IORG) is theoretically and experimentally researched. The SiO(2) waveguide resonator performance degradation of IORG due to RBN is analyzed firstly, and then the nonlinear output of IORG caused by RBN is simulated. Finally, opposite slope triangle wave modulation is employed for suppressing the RBN in IORG. Experimental results show that the bias stability of IORG is effectively improved from 45.144 degrees/s to 0.71708 degrees/s, representing the effectiveness of the countermeasure.
