摘要

The dynamic model of valve train was developed by continuous body method.The model was used to analyze the dynamic and exciting characteristics of the valve train operation system. On the other hand, the vibration model of engine structure was built by finite element method. The vibration conditions of engine structure induced by a valve train element were predicted by applying the exciting force on the engine structure. The dynamic test rig of valve train was built. The working condition of the valve train was simulated by employing an electric motor to drive the camshaft. The dynamics, structural vibration induced by the valve train system were measured to verify the prediction method.
