To the editor:The number of studies of antibodies against neuronal surface antigens in patients with idiopathic or paraneoplastic limbic encephalitis (LE) has increased significantly.1 But γ-aminobutyric acid-B receptor antibodies (GABABR-ab) in patients with LE are rare.Detailed characteristics and responses to treatment remain unclear so far.Herein,we present a case of a female patient affected with LE and GABABR-ab positive in cerebrospinal fluid (CSF).
