摘要

The electronically-controlled common rail diesel engine and altitude models are set up with software GT-Power and verified by simulation test, and the main performance parameters of engine and turbocharger under the altitude of 0~4000m are calculated. The results indicate that with the altitude goes up, the exhaust back-pressure reduces, the energy of exhaust gas increases and the pressure ratio rises; but the intake pressure after turbocharging lowers and intake charge reduces, in addition, the consumed power of supercharger increases and its efficiency lowers, leading to the rise in intake charge temperature after turbocharging. With the sea level increases, the highest combustion pressure and indicated mean effective pressure lower and the mean mechanical loss pressure reduces. The rise in altitude also results in the delay of ignition, the increase of peak heat release rate in combustion, the extension of combustion duration and severe post combustion.
