摘要

As the new development of anti-dumping trade remedies, the issue of anti-absorption could not be avoided in the international trade competition. Learning from the EU anti-absorption legislative system and practical experience, this work proposes the method to quantitatively judge absorption behavior and normal product price changing by using the measures of comparison analysis, Granger test and other related statistical tools. The result provides not only a scientific and fair theoretical basis for the anti-absorption legislation but also gives some knowledge of responding actively to the EU anti-absorption investigation.
