摘要

As cultural communication in international Chinese language teaching is attracting more and more attention, there has come to a common idea that language has a close tie with culture while teachers are engaged in Chinese teaching for international students. However, culture has an abundance of its connotation and extension and has been triggering an argument which contents should be transmitted in the process of cultural communication. This paper aims at discussing various sets of communication and knowledge culture, universal and special value culture, traditional and contemporary culture, explicit and implicit culture in a bid to consider the problems of cultural communication in international Chinese teaching.
