摘要

An elastic membrane taken as a new anti-slosh device was proposed for a partially filled liquid tank truck in steering process. In the corresponding tank, the liquid-elastic membrane coupled dynamic model was established. The effectiveness of the dynamic model was verified with tests. The effects of elastic membrane and its pre-stress on liquid sloshing force and load transfer quantity were studied through numerical simulation. The results showed that elastic membrane can limit liquid slosh amplitude to reduce the roll moment caused by liquid sloshing on tank wall;elastic membrane can increase liquid slosh's natural frequency to be far away from the emergency steering frequency of tank truck, so as to avoid the occurrence of resonance phenomenon in emergency steering of liquid tank truck.
