摘要

  For stack injection mold with combined cavity, a set of initial running system was designed, and the analysis results of melt filling through Moldflow showed unbalance filling time and pressure.After the runner balance analysis, runner met the convergence requirements, but it was unreasonable in the actual production.So runner and gate were changed and analyzed on runner balance again.The filling time, pressure and runner size of the final result met the requirements.It shows that the optimal design of runner balance for stack injection mold in this paper is feasible.
