摘要
A new guaianolide named 8-alpha-acetoxy-15 beta-O-beta-D-glucopyranosyl-guaia-1(10), 3(4)- diene-2-one-6,12-olide and 12 known compounds were isolated from the roots of Pterocypsela elata (Hemsl.) C. Shih, and eight of which were isolated from this genus for the first time. The structure of the new compound was elucidated mainly by spectroscopic methods, including 2D NMR techniques.
