摘要
Let B be a multiplicative perturbation of A E Cm" given by B = DIAD2, where D-1 is an element of C-mxm and D-2 is an element of C-nxn are both nonsingular. New norm upper bounds for parallel to B-t - A(t)parallel to(F) and parallel to B-t - A(t)parallel to(2) are derived, where A(t) and B-t are the Moore Penrose inverses of A and B, respectively. The main results of Meng and Zheng (2015) [10] are improved in the cases of the Frobenius norm and the spectral norm.
