摘要

A method with potential application in ribosome-inactivating proteins determination in real food matrix or human biofluids was described by utilizing nanoparticles as a carrier, based on specific antibody as capture probes immobilized on particulate substrates in the nm-range. Anti-ricin antibody modified by s-(2-pyridyldithio) propionic acid N-hydroxysuccinimide ester ( SPDP) was attached to polystyrene nanoparticles surface via end-group-activated poly ( ethylene glycol) block-poly ( propylene glycol) -block-poly ( ethylene glycol) (F108-PDS), which can be used to determine ricin protein. Field flow fractionation approach was used to characterize the nanoparticle probe, the particle morphology was also observed by scanning electron microscope. The results indicated that the protein attached on the probe surface can be found from the SEM image and the prepared nano probe can be used to determine target ricin protein specifically.
