We prove the following CR version of At-tin%26apos;s approximation theorem for holomorphic mappings between real-algebraic sets in complex space. Let M subset of C-N be a real-algebraic CR submanifold whose CR orbits are all of the same dimension. Then for every point p epsilon M, for every real-algebraic subset S%26apos; subset of C-N x C-N%26apos; and every positive integer l, if f : (C-N, p) -%26gt; C-Nt is a germ of a holomorphic map such that Graph f fl (M x CN) C.54, then there exists a germ of a complex-algebraic map f(l): (C-N, p) -%26gt; C-N%26apos; such that Graph f(l) boolean AND (M x C-N%26apos;) subset of S%26apos; and that agrees with f at p up to order l.
