摘要

Iterative learning controllers are applied in periodically repeating processes with a constant desired trajectory. Plastic injection moulding machines in the processes of closing and filling the mould are such processes. Both processes have characteristic challenges, which allow the application of norm-optimal iterative controllers with adaptions on the cost criterion. A specific cost criterion for each process is presented and validated on a real injection moulding machine. At the end, significant improvements in process precision and repeatability could be achieved.
