摘要

A non-lichenized fungus, Stictis anhuiensis sp. nov., on Cunninghamia lanceolata from Anhui Province, China, is described and illustrated. Stictis anhuiensis differs from two similar species that it has a more prominent marginal wall, smaller asci and ascospores than S. pusilla, and possesses smaller ascomata, asci, and ascospores than S. sarothamni in addition to lacking a thick layer of wall tissue and prominent periphysoids. The phylogenetic position of S. anhuiensis was determined by sequences analysis of the nuclear ribosomal DNA large subunit and mitochondrial DNA small subunit. Stictis anhuiensis formed an independent terminal branch.
