Analysis of Flavonols Compounds in Flos Abelmoschus Manihot. by High Performance Liquid Chromatography-Electrospray Ionization/Quadrupole-Time of Flight-Mass/Mass Spectrometry

The flavonols compounds in Flos Abelmoschus manihot. were analyzed by HPLC-ESI/Q-TOF MS/MS. 17 flavonoids glycosidies and 2 flavonoides were identified using UV and MS/MS and contrasting with standard substances. The flavonoids were verified by analyzing hydrolysis solution. With the information of MS/MS front flavonoids, the modes of breaking up flavonoids glycosidies and flavonoids were discussed. The fingerprints and assay of multi-coulponents were built based on the techniques of LC-MS. It was proved that they were up to the standard for studying by examining. In view of the control of Traditional Chinese Medicine's(TCM's) quality is lack of standard substances, the similer substance as the standard substance was Used and the method of converting molecular weight to calculate the relative content was developed. Consequently, this method expanded the category Of mutieriteria control of TCM'S quality.
