摘要

Ulnar-sided wrist pain is a common cause of upper-extremity disability, which has long been thought of as a diagnostic and therapeutic dilemma because of the overlapping anatomy and complex differential diagnosis. Common sources of ulnarsided pain include pathology of the triangular fibrocartilage complex, ulnocarpal impaction syndrome, lunotriquetral ligament tears, and hamate arthrosis. The authors discuss the evaluation of these common pathologic conditions and arthroscopic treatment options, including debridement, capsulorrhaphy, ligament repair, osteochondroplasty, microfracture, and arthroscopically assisted percutaneous fixation.
