The mechanism and the working process of up-film punch transplanting mechanism were researched. The ideal trajectory of the transplanting mechanism was analyzed theoretically to provide the theoretical basis for evaluating the trajectories of transplanting mechanism. The structure model of up-film transplanting mechanism was established properly to carry out the comparison analysis process by changing the structural parameters of the mechanism. The influences of structural parameters on trajectory of transplanting mechanism were analyzed and main structural parameters affecting the working quality of transplanting mechanism were obtained. Besides, with the changing of transmission ratio, the motion trajectories were collected and compared accordingly to find the influence of transmission ratio on transplanting mechanism motion trajectory. Experimental investigation showed that: the qualification rate of plant spacing was 98.9%, the qualification rate of perpendicularity was 97.2%, and the seedling-damaging rate was 0.6%. The results obtained in this experiment can be concluded that: the transplanting mechanism can improve the efficiency of up-film transplanting effectively, which can meet the production requirements excellently.
