摘要

Staphylococcus aureus enterotoxin B (SEB) is a kind of extracellular toxins that is secreted by Staphylococcus aureus and mainly existed in high protein foods, for example, milk. In this study, an immunosensor modified with polyaniline-gold composite film was prepared and its characteristics such as favorable conductivity of the material, high stability due to the protective effect of ionic liquid and lower detection limit were also investigated. The sensor was characterized and detected by cyclic voltammetry and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy in the Fe(CN)(6)(3-/4-) solution. The relevant conditions was optimized, and the SEB standard curve, Y=933. 46x + 1399.8, was established. The linear range was 0.1 - 8 mu g/L with a correlation coefficient of 0.9932, and the detection limit was 0.033 mu g/L (S/N = 3). The sensor showed good specificity, dairy detection rate between 88% - 119%, renewable use, stability, and has been used for the rapid detection of SEB in dairy products.
