摘要

In this paper, the factors of mechanical unbalanced force, hydraulic unbalanced force and non-linear oil-film force are considered to build shafting non-linear dynamic model for the bulb-type tubular turbine unit. Computational analysis is conducted and the influence of parameter variations such as rotation speed and eccentric magnitude are studied on non-linear model. Because of rotor unbalance, the significant characteristic rotational frequency component and small higjher harmonic appears in the system. In the running period of water turbine unit, the speed should be controlled to avoid the influence of large vibration amplitude and higher harmonic wave on the system. The original unbalance and gradual unbalance have great influence on the vibration response. Vibration amplitude increases significantly in x, y directions of systems. Besides, the inherent rotational frequency component, significant high harmonic component appears, and the combined frequency and random frequency are increasing.
