摘要
The development and utilization of molecular methods in the detection of virus has supposed an improvement in the diagnostic capacities of the microbiological laboratories in the last times. In the nearby future research applied to the methodology of detection is going to generate new tools which use is going to suppose a great qualitative and quantitative advance in the detection and identification of new pathogenic and other microbiological agents. The technologies based on the methods of amplification for polymerase chain reaction, the microarrays and the high throughtput sequencing constitute the base for this technological revolution.
